Pork Binagoongan Pork Binagoongan or Binagoongang Baboy Ingredients: 1 pound pork belly (the boney part) 2 onions 1 clove garlic 1 cup of bagoong alamang (shrimp paste) Vinegar 1/2 Cup Water Pepper and Salt to taste PORK BINAGOONGAN COOKING DIRECTION: 1. Saute the onions with garlic; 2. Add the pork (cut into small bite pieces); 3. After at least 5 minutes, add the bagoong alamang; 4. Bring it to boil for at least 10 minutes; 5. Add water; 6. Add vinegar, salt and pepper; 7. Serve with hot white rice!
